Sound Bath FAQ

In our sound baths, our skilled practitioner plays crystal singing bowls, chimes, and tuning forks in a therapeutic manner. The aim is to promote relaxation, calm the mind, and foster inner awareness. Participants lie down with their eyes closed, allowing the transformative vibrations to create a serene experience for the body and mind.

Participants typically lie down in a comfortable position with their eyes closed, allowing the soothing vibrations to wash over them.

Generally, participating in a sound bath is considered safe during pregnancy. However, we strongly recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before engaging in any new wellness practices while pregnant. The soothing vibrations and calming effects of sound baths can be beneficial, but individual circumstances vary.

If you are pregnant, please inform our sound bath facilitator beforehand. This allows us to make any necessary adjustments to accommodate your needs and ensure a comfortable and safe experience for both you and your baby.

Dressing comfortably is key for a relaxing sound bath experience. Here are some recommendations:

  • Comfortable Clothing: Opt for loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move and relax easily. Many participants choose to wear casual, breathable fabrics.
  • Layers: Consider bringing an extra layer, such as a light sweater or shawl, as the room temperature can vary, and you want to ensure you stay cozy throughout the session.
  • Remove Jewelry: It’s a good idea to remove any excessive jewelry that might be uncomfortable or make noise during the session.
  • Noisy Accessories: Avoid wearing clothing with noisy accessories or accessories that may interfere with your ability to fully relax.
